1. About the Campaign
1.1. CloudDog will hold a CULTURAL CONTEST and the prize will be 01 (one) ticket to the AWS re:Invent 2024 event, the largest technology event in the world, to be held on 12/01/2024 in Las Vegas, State of Nevada – USA.
1.2. The contest result will be announced during the AWS Summit 2024 event, at the CloudDog booth.
1.3. Event date: 08/15/2024
1.4. Event location: AWS Summit 2024 – Transamérica Expo Center - Av. Dr. Mario Vilas Boas Rodrigues, 387 - Santo Amaro - São Paulo - SP - 04757-020.
2. Participation Requirements
2.1. To take part in the draw, interested parties must:
2.1.1. Fill out the form.
2.1.2. The contest will be open to all people aged 25 or older on the date of the AWS re:Invent 2024 event on 12/01/2024.
2.1.3. Not eligible to participate: employees/collaborators of Amazon.com, Amazon Web Services, or AWS Partners, and employees/collaborators of CloudDog.
2.1.4. Be a registered participant at AWS Summit SP.
2.1.5. Follow CloudDog on Instagram: @_CloudDog and on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/CloudDog-br/.
2.1.6. Take a photo of the CloudDog booth at AWS Summit SP.
2.1.7. Post the photo on Instagram Stories tagging @_CloudDog.
2.1.8. Answer the following question on the registration form: "Why should CloudDog take you to re:Invent 2024?".
2.1.9. Filling out the form is free and is not linked to the purchase of any product or service.
3. Registration Period
3.1. Registrations will begin on 08/15/24, from 8 AM, and will close at 5 PM on the day of the event.
3.2. The result will be announced at the CloudDog booth, at 6 PM on the same day (08/15/2024) by a CloudDog representative.
3.3. Each participant is entitled to only one entry in the contest.
4. The Result
4.1. The draw will be carried out by a judging committee formed by CloudDog members, and its decision is uncontestable, both in person and electronically, considering the registered participants.
4.2. The participant must be present at the event at the time of the announcement to be eligible for the prize.
4.3. The prize is personal and non-transferable;
4.4. The prize may not be exchanged for money or any other item.
5. Use of Image
5.1. By participating in the draw, participants and the winner authorize the use of their image and name for the purpose of publicizing the draw result on social media and promotional materials, at no cost to the event organization (photos and videos).
6. General Provisions
6.1. This contest is exclusively promoted by CloudDog and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with AWS, AWS Summit, or AWS re:Invent.
6.2. Participation in the draw implies full and unrestricted acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein.
6.3. In case of doubts or disputes, the decision of the event organization will be final and unappealable.
6.4. By filling out the respective form, the participant agrees that CloudDog may use the registration data, including the images provided, and that all data will be handled by CloudDog in accordance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) - Law 13.709/2018.
7. For the Winner
7.1. The awarded participant must comply with the following conditions to enjoy the prize:
7.2. Present a passport with a valid American B1/B2 visa for the period of the AWS re:Invent 2024 event, by 10/31/2024, to CloudDog representatives.
7.3. Generate daily content on social media from departure until returning from the event.
7.4. Bear all other travel costs and expenses (transportation, food, accommodation, etc.).
